Editor's Choice: November Must-Have's
Hey peeps! No cause for alarm, I am aware that it is no longer November. Actually, I couldn't be happier to be into December! It is arguably the best month out of the twelve. Holidays, chilly wind, warm sweaters, fires in the hearth... life in December is good. I have to admit I've never identified with people that spend all winter waiting for summer. In fact, I wouldn't mind it being blustery and wet all year round... but, that might just be a me thing :)
Anyway, I thought that this week I would add to my Editor's Choice series as the holidays are coming up! 'Tis the season for gifts and joviality, so there could be no better time to make some recommendations. I also realize that a lot of us out there (me included) that need to ball on a budget, so I tried to include things that were on the less-pricey side. After all, those are the items that I buy, so they are the things that I can truthfully recommend. Yes, you read that correctly. Sarah Jessica Parker makes perfume! Don't worry, I didn't know that either. And let me tell you, this one is GOOD. This scent came out in July 2018, so its new on the streets. Infused with notes of honeysuckle and peony, it is like jumping into a batch of warm clothes from right out of the dryer: heavenly. I'll admit, this may not be the best stocking-stuffer as you will need someone to paint it on your fingers. However, I think it will make Holiday shopping that much better to have this stylish color on your nails! Now, I'm sort of new to this product. Don't get me wrong, I love the art of make-up, but I am more of a 'slap on some mascara in the morning and call it good' kind of girl. I definitely like to collect all the products, but using them has been a different story. Sure, having them is great, but using the products is generally encouraged...
So recently, I've been trying to dip my toe deeper into the make-up abyss, and dang this Tarte blush is where it's at! It stays on for so long and gives my face the perfect amount of color.
